Although I have only known Mike a short time, the impact he has had on our office has been huge. The grand opening of my dental practice, All Smiles Dental Care, was in January and we could not have done it without Mike. We were starting from scratch and Mike was able to advise me on what computers to buy, how to get started, and of course, he set everything up.

Every time we have a question, we know we can call Mike and it will be answered. He goes FAR beyond the call of duty and does so with a consistently pleasant demeanor, even when the task at hand is daunting. Lisa, the office manager, even recalls a time where he had not heard from us in a while, and called just to see how everything was going – truly superior customer service.

Mike is a great person – both on a personal and a professional level – and our office feels lucky to have found him.
